Fondée en 1979, le site de ST Bouskoura se specialise principalement dans le domaine de la fabrication de RF (radio).

En 1997, sur la base des excellents résultats obtenus, ST a investi dans une nouvelle usine d’assemblage et de test de semi-conducteurs qui, lorsqu’il était pleinement opérationnel et adapté aux besoins du marché, constituait le module le plus important dans le back-end dans l’outil de production plus large disponible pour ST dans le monde entier, ainsi que le niveau international le plus avancé dans le domaine de l’automatisation et de la technologie.

La construction de l’usine de Bouskoura 2000 a été achevée en 2000.

Dans l’usine de Bouskoura, ST fabrique des circuits intégrés d’une capacité de 13 millions d’unités par jour pouvant même atteindre jusqu’à 25 millions d’unités par jour.

Aujourd’hui, le site Bouskoura 2000 s’étend sur plus de 180 000 mètres carrés, y compris une salle blanche de 32 000 m² qui abrite les lignes de production automatisées et 4 000 m² d’entrepôts.

Au total, ST emploie environ 2600 employés à Bouskoura.

Ingénieur informaticien (Test Solutions Admin)

Mission

To provide “application support” for Test and Finishing (TnF) users. The responsibilities of this role could be broadly classified as below:

Incident support: to resolve incident reported by users by analyzing/debugging the business cases versus application behavior, whenever necessary, to design, develop and deploy workaround in order to resume production activities.
Change support: to collect and analyze local user requirements and work with respective application teams for existing application enhancement and to handle application qualification (VTP) and acceptance (UAT) of new application release or even new application.
Whenever needed, to participate in the design or even development of applications working closely with other application teams, equipment supplier and external software providers.
Test equipment system administration is part of the scope in some cases.

Software components shipped with equipment, servers ..
Software component developed by this role or provided by other ST application teams or external ST software supplier that either reside on equipment or on server including data reporting tools, automation controller and UI

Missions:

Equipment engineering support in achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets:

Participates and improves the global performance of the tools / equipment family (capacity, reliability, yield, scrap, cost )

Defines the performance standards, procedures (Tools specifications), methodologies for the maintenance and supports the maintenance team.
