Responsable Maintenance Site
Le responsable de zone dépend du directeur de Projet de maintenance , doit être Autonome pour la réalisation de sa mission dans le cadre du budget de sa zone, il ou elle est responsable d’assurer avec son équipe, les meilleures conditions de fonctionnement des différents équipements, bâtiments et systèmes nécessaires à la production et à la vie du projet.
Activités principales
Assister le directeur de Projet pour assurer les activités suivantes sur une zone défine :
- Valider et piloter le planning de maintenance préventive et corrective des différents équipements, matériels et bâtiments, en gérant les priorités, la sécurité et les contraintes de la production, avec l’aide d’un système de GMAO (gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur)
- Réagir en cas de panne grave et résoudre les problèmes rapidement
- Gérer les relations avec le client, les constructeurs et les fournisseurs de pièces et d’outils pour la maintenance
- Contrôler les interventions réalisées, proposer des améliorations des performances des machines en terme de coûts et de taux d’utilisation
- Gérer le budget maintenance
- Organiser les équipes, les gérer administrativement, les former et les animer
- Leur apporter un appui technique
- Sensibiliser et former le personnel à la maintenance de premier niveau
- Assurer la veille technologique et la gestion documentaire technique
- Assister le client pour établir et gérer des projets d’investissements et de travaux neufs

Senior Buyer
Mission:
Execute and process the end-to-end process (Procure to pay ) from Purchase requisition management to vendor payment within the approved suppliers given by IP.
Ensure the operational relations with suppliers within the strategy defined in cross functional team and the respect of the contracts on the field (plant, entity); take part in the negotiation process regarding price level, and / or quantity, quality, logistic level; track and report key elements/data on supplier performance sourcing team and maintaining purchasing KPI’s for lead time, document retention and order management.

2. Ordering Procedures:1- Issue the SAP PO. 2- get Releases of the SAP PO. 3-Send the PO to the supplier. 4-Supplier Order Acknowledgment.
3. Follow-up material flow and tracking delivery lead-time and good reception (GRN) & Confirm with requesting department ( delivery reception , quality acceptance and signature on delivery note )
4. Handles three way match process ( P.O , Invoice , GRN), delivery of original invoice to finance on time and follow invoice booking on SAP Reconciliate suppliers account each month , communicate monthly payment breakdown each month.
5. Manage supply qualification; negotiate and manage contracts with local/specific suppliers (price, delay, ..) & being responsible of P&L IP productivity on his/her portfolio and categories perimeter,
6. Propose saving actions on his portfolio and propose actions (QVE, rebalancing, ) within his/her perimeter in consistency with commodity strategy & Implement the quality and cost reduction objective related to action plan/productivity program (GPS, QVE, rebalancing…).

Finance Project Controller
We are recruiting a Project Controller based in Morocco or Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Main role and responsibilities:
- Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolutions to project manager
- Monitor performance and determine if project is progressing according to budget and in line with forecasted cash flows
- Prepare forecast and communicates and escalates project forecast variances and/or project anomalies in a timely manner
- Act as ERP system key user
- Review project activities and ensure compliance with standards and the Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules
