Jacobs Engineering OCP recrute des Ingénieurs Maintenance
A Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the implementation of daily/tactical maintenance activities aimed at maximizing equipment availability and reducing maintenance costs throughout the facility
Main Scope/Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement reliability-based standards and policies.
- Providing assistance with managing significant reactive work when requested.
- Leveraging an understanding of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance and materials management process
- Possessing department-specific understanding of process and equipment.
- Contributing to the 5-year capital plan process
- Investigate mechanical and/or electrical equipment failures and develop potential solutions based on sound mechanical/electrical practices
- Support Reliability Engineering with preventative/proactive maintenance initiatives
- Assist production and/or project engineering with inefficiencies/process improvement opportunities for area of responsibility
- Support Reliability Engineering with preventative/proactive maintenance initiatives
- Attend RD/DD area core team meeting as necessary
- Participate in post RD/DD critiques as necessary
- Participate in the management of the execution phase R/D and TAR
- Identify material and equipment upgrade opportunities and operational process changes to reduce failures/ enhance reliability and improve asset health
- Assist supervision & craftsman as needed to ensure applicable procedures are followed
- Additional duties as assigned
Education:
- Bac +5 (Ingénieur d’état or equivalent)
- Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience:
- 4 to 6 years with 04 years of maintenance experience in relevant industry.
Specific Experience in the position:
- At least 4 years of maintenance experience in relevant industry.
