SETUP MAN
TE Connectivity’s Machinist Team’s responsibilities include, assignment planning, layout, set up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment. They work from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions, communicating directly with engineers to understand the purpose of a part assembly. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S policies and procedures.

TECHNICIAN TOOLSHOP
TE Connectivity’s Tooling Teams perform the manufacturing functions related to metal working dies and tool making. They are responsible for completing all assignments to construct, modify and condition metal working dies and may fabricate new gages, cutting or forming tools and fixtures by analyzing blueprints, sketches, models and engineering or shop specifications. They perform precision work to exacting tolerances and dimensions; recommend revisions in design and/or substitutions in material based on machinability or fabrication problems encountered; and solve problems relating to unusual materials, machine settings, fabrication methods, and production process. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S policies and procedures.

TE Connectivity’s Electrician Teams install, repair and maintain wiring, electric fixtures and control equipment in the facilities they support. They complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
TE Connectivity’s Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company’s products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE’s Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Monitoring of order entry via EDI and order entry including corrections/maintenance in SAP
- Order follow up including tracking of deliveries & shipments
- Early warning follow up and forecast monitoring
- Intensive communication with the customers, about delivery schedules, pick up´s, forecast planning, price and delivery information, handling of complaints, recoding of cross references
- Intensive communication with planning & demand management about backlog delivery schedules, internal Escalations, forecast planning & changing demand
- Intensive communication with Sales & Marketing about customer set up´s & pricing
- Communication & Support with Customer Service colleagues within EMEA
- Active control on late payments and customer disputes resolution
