The necklace has a squash blossom style and is very long, stretching 26 inches. The covex bicone shaped beads were made from mercury dimes with dates ranging from 1930-1940s. Mercury dimes or Winged Liberty Head dimes were made from 90% silver as opposed to 92.5% (sterling silver).
